Premio Recycling Process


Premio's commitment to being a responsible environmental citizen includes working to ensure that electronic equipment is properly disposed of at the end of its useful life. Premio's computer recycling program makes it easy for you to play a role in helping to protect the environment.

Recycling Option. If you have purchased a Premio-branded computer, you have the option to participate in the Premio Recycling program. Recycling programs are specific to each state. Enter your state in the drop down menu for specific instructions.

Begin the process. If you decide to recycle your Premio-branded computer using Premio's Recycling Program, start by filling out and submitting the Premio Recycling Request Form. Premio uses the serial number on the back of the computer as verification. After the Recycling Request Form has been submitted, it will take up to 3 business days for the confirmation process to be completed. Click here to go to the Recycling Request Form.

Print the email. After you submit the Recycling Request Form, Premio will send you an email with instructions on how to recycle your old equipment along with a pre-paid FedEx, UPS, or USPS* shipping label. Follow the instructions on the email to see how to handle the package. Print out this email, as you'll need it later.

Package. Package your recycled computer and monitor in a box or carton appropriate for ground transportation. The equipment must be packed to ensure that the product will not shift or break. You must place desktops, notebooks, and monitors into separate boxes. Securely seal each box and place the pre-paid FedEx, UPS, or USPS* shipping label on it. Each package must weigh less than 70 lbs. Click here to go to the Packing Instructions.

Ship the unit. Once the equipment is packaged (see Packing Instructions link, above), take your package and a printed copy of the email confirmation to the location specified by Premio. For any questions at that time email us at hqservice@premioinc.com or call us at (800) 568 -6388.

*Unlike the FedEx and UPS label, the USPS label will not be emailed, but rather mailed. USPS shipping is currently only available to the state of Missouri.
