1. What products are eligible for recycling?

Premio will accept Premio-branded desktops, notebooks and monitors.

2. How much can I recycle?

You can recycle 10 items per request. Additional equipment will require additional requests.

3. How do I package my old computer and monitor?

Each desktop, notebook or monitor must be packaged separately. Use a box appropriate for ground transportation and seal each box securely. The weight limit per package is 70 pounds. To view our Packing Instructions, click here.

4. Once I receive an authorized shipping label from Premio, how long do I have to use it before it expires?

Any Premio-supplied shipping label must be used within 30 days of receipt.

5. Where do I send my recycled equipment?

Premio will provide the Ship-To address and shipping instructions when processing the Recycling Request Form.

6.What should I do if I don't receive a response to my email?

First, check the SPAM folder of your email system. If the response cannot be found, email our Customer Service group at hqservice@premioinc.com or call us at 800-568-6388.

7. Where do I take the package to be shipped?

Ship your package at a FedEx Location. To find the nearest FedEx location, visit www.fedex.com/locatorreturns.

8. Can I take my package to a FedEx Drop Box?

No, you must take it to a FedEx location. To find the nearest FedEx location, visit www.fedex.com/locatorreturns

9. Do I have to clean off my data on my old computer?

Yes, before shipping equipment for recycling, you should (a) back up or transfer any data prior to deletion; (b) delete data on the hard-disk drives and any other storage devices in the products; and (c) remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or Memory cards. Premio has no responsibility for loss or confidentiality of customer data on recycled equipment.

10. How much does it cost to return computer equipment through Premio's Recycling Process?

If you are located in Texas or Maryland, Premio will pay for the return of Premio-branded desktops, notebooks and monitors. If you are located in another state, please research your state recycling program or contact our Customer Service team at hqservice@premioinc.com or call us at 800-568-6388.

11. Does Premio provide boxes and packing materials for me to use?


No, customers are asked to provide their own packing supplies. Original packaging box or used boxes are acceptable as long as they are adequate for the weight of the equipment you are sending. Details are provided in the packing instructions.


12. What if I accidentally ship the wrong equipment?


Equipment shipped by mistake cannot be recovered or returned. By ordering the service and surrendering your packed equipment to the transportation carrier, you relinquish any rights to the package and its contents.

13. When using this service, what if I am having problems entering information on-line?
